Description

You will lead the design and build of a new, multi-region HashiCorp Vault platform, serving as the SME for secrets management and governance. You'll shape the future of secrets management, ensure platform resilience, and mentor other engineers on security best practices.

Requirements

• Hands-on expertise designing, implementing, and operating HashiCorp Vault in large-scale production
• Proven experience with multi-region deployments on public cloud (preferably AWS)
• Proficient with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Terraform
• Knowledge of modern authentication/authorization mechanisms (OIDC, SAML, JWT)
• Experience managing PKI and certificate lifecycles

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of multi-region HashiCorp Vault platform on public cloud
• Create and maintain high-quality design documents and Architecture Decision Records
• Develop and test strategies for performance, Disaster Recovery, and High Availability
• Act as primary SME for Vault and modern secrets management, championing best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders, platform teams, and software engineers for secure integration
