Description

As a Customer Advocate, you'll deliver vehicles to customers' doors, load/unload cars onto a hauler, and complete paperwork in our tracking system. This role combines customer service with physical activity and driving, helping redefine the car-buying experience.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (detailing, loading/unloading)
• Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity
• Must have or be able to obtain a Notary within 90 days
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers' doors using custom car haulers
• Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect it
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain notes in tracking system
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record
• Obtain a Notary within first 90 days
