Description

As the second-in-command in the accounting organization at Olema Oncology, you'll lead technical accounting, SEC reporting, and the financial close process. You'll oversee complex accounting activities, partner with cross-functional teams, and help scale processes for a publicly traded biotech advancing toward commercialization.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical accounting, SEC reporting, and financial close ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and SOX 404(b)
• Own preparation and review of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K)
