You will lead and build a best-in-class market data operations team, taking ownership of data access, audit compliance, and data quality for a platform managing nearly $9 trillion in assets. You'll design the roadmap, mentor your team, and ensure strict adherence to licensing frameworks and vendor restrictions.

Requirements

• 10+ years in financial data operations with team leadership experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial instruments, benchmarks, and market data feeds
• Expert knowledge of global licensing requirements and redistribution scenarios
• Fluency in SQL and data analysis tools
• Vendor-specific knowledge (ICE, Refinitiv, Bloomberg, etc.) preferred

Responsibilities

• Build and transform market data operations into a center of excellence
• Lead, train, and mentor a high-performing team on licensing frameworks and data observability
• Manage and audit user access to market data, ensuring vendor compliance
• Oversee daily market data pipeline workflows for timely and accurate delivery
• Define and report KPIs through automated dashboards
