💼 About This Role

You'll own the core member experience across FoundersCard's web, mobile app, and AI-powered tools. Your work will drive engagement, retention, and NPS for a platform used by 250,000 entrepreneurs. You'll collaborate tightly with design and engineering to ship fast and shape a premium membership experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define product strategy and translate it into prioritized roadmaps and briefs
• Build features through cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and marketing
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioral analytics
• Scope and deliver experiments, A/B tests, and iterative improvements

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2C roles
• Proven success leading mobile/web experiences and high-engagement features
• Familiarity with AI-powered customer interfaces, conversational UX, or personalization
• Strong UX instincts and a collaborative approach with designers; AI prototyping required
