You'll run a system for founder/company voice and recruiting conversion assets, with direct impact on hiring outcomes. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Build Valon's messaging spine and proof bank
• Operate founder input loop and ship high-signal content
• Create offer-stage assets like 'Why Valon' deck and objection handling
• Partner with recruiting to measure and iterate on conversion

📋 Requirements

• Compress complexity into credible narrative
• Write founder voice at a high bar (specific, opinionated, true)
• Manufacture proof under constraints (shareable yet real)
• Ship weekly without perfect conditions
