Description
You'll drive the evolution of Klaviyo's global partner ecosystem, owning operational infrastructure, analytics, and processes for agency, tech, and product partnerships. Collaborating cross-functionally, you'll define KPIs, streamline processes, and ensure operational excellence across the partner lifecycle.
Requirements
- 8–10 years experience in partner/channel operations, GTM strategy, revenue operations, or management consulting in high-growth B2B SaaS.
- 3+ years working directly with partner programs (agency, tech, or strategic alliances).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce, PRM platforms, and BI/reporting tools.
- Analytical and data-driven with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and own scalable partner operations infrastructure (onboarding, training, support, co-selling workflows).
- Develop and manage partner tiering frameworks, benefits, and incentive models.
- Define and monitor partner performance metrics, pipeline activity, and revenue contribution.
- Lead annual planning process for partnerships team, including headcount, quota, territory, and compensation.
- Act as connective tissue between Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and GTM Operations.
