💼 About This Role

You'll lead storage strategy and vendor relationships for Crusoe's vertically integrated AI cloud. You'll architect petabyte-scale storage systems powering the world's most demanding AI and HPC workloads. This role offers the chance to influence hardware roadmaps and build the foundation for sustainable AI infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical evaluation and selection of new storage technologies.
• Author RFPs and lead down-selection processes for storage hardware.
• Serve as primary technical contact for storage vendor partnerships.
• Perform initial bring-up, configuration, and performance tuning of enterprise arrays.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in storage systems administration with petabyte-scale on-premise environments.
• Deep familiarity with enterprise flash arrays and distributed file systems.
• Proficiency with scripting (Python, Go, or bash) for automation and monitoring.
• Proven ability to lead RFP authoring and manage complex vendor relationships.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with InfiniBand or RoCE networking for high-performance storage.
• Previous experience at a major Cloud Service Provider or high-scale AI infrastructure company.
