💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Group's accounting function, overseeing General Ledger, AP, and AR teams to ensure timely and compliant financial reporting across all entities. Your core impact will be driving scalability and process optimization for a rapidly growing AI company. This role reports to the Group Accounting Director and offers the opportunity to build a high-performance culture in a dynamic environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and mentor Accounting Managers (R2R, O2C, P2P)
• Oversee end-to-end close processes ensuring deadlines are met
• Champion continuous improvement in accounting processes and systems
• Serve as liaison with statutory auditors and tax advisors

📋 Requirements

• CPA or equivalent professional designation
• 12+ years of accounting experience including 3+ in Big4
• 5+ years of team management experience
• Deep expertise in IFRS and French GAAP
