🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise executive team and embed compliance into key decisions
• Build and scale compliance and privacy programs across organization
• Scale and audit compliance programs through monitoring and investigations
• Partner with product, clinical, and operations to design compliant care models

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of healthcare compliance leadership
• Deep expertise in federal and state regulations including HIPAA, TEFCA, Medicare
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
• Track record of building and scaling high-performing compliance teams

• Experience in high-growth, technology-enabled healthcare organizations
• Advanced degree or certification such as JD, MPH, MBA, or CHC
