🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage clients proactively to drive product adoption
• Own onboarding and engagement success for school products
• Manage large scale implementations with school districts
• Build relationships with key customer contacts

📋 Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent
• 2-5 years experience in account management or customer success
• Experience with SaaS applications
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
