🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage IT support team to achieve KPI in infrastructure support and project planning.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors on technical challenges.
• Develop documentation for hardware configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Plan and execute regular IT tasks to maintain infrastructure operations.
• Manage hardware installation, upgrades, and dismantling based on operational requests.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of team management and hands-on server hardware troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of data center operations and server/network equipment.
• Practical experience in project planning and management.
• Knowledge of ITIL methodology and technical support service (ITSM).
• Basic proficiency in Linux and command-line tools.

• Driving License (Category B).
