• Lead insurance and self-pay collection operations for timely and accurate billing
• Develop and monitor best practice workflows and key operational metrics
• Partner with leadership to implement initiatives and maintain compliance
• Support testing and adoption of new processes and software systems

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in hospital billing, physician billing, or revenue cycle operations
• Leadership experience managing billing, collections, or revenue cycle teams
• Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes and billing systems

• CRCR or EPIC certification preferred
