• Drive own and team performance to achieve KPIs
• Participate in inventory cycle counts monthly
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and fixture integrity

📋 Requirements

• Experience in a high volume retail environment
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
• Must work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Critical thinking to identify challenges and develop action plans
