💼 About This Role

You'll manage 1:1 virtual follow-ups with customers as they learn our SaaS giving platform. You'll own the Getting Started Journey, ensuring customers recognize value and meet key milestones. This role offers a chance to work fully remotely with a mission-driven team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage the customers’ Getting Started Journey
• Own 1:1 virtual follow-up sessions for learning comprehension
• Assist customers with value recognition in purchased platforms
• Manage customer hand-offs between internal teams

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years supporting SaaS CRM onboarding in virtual environment
• Ability to serve as primary contact between internal and external stakeholders
• Organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks for deadlines
• Proficiency with Excel for reviewing customer data import files

✨ Nice to Have

• Foundational understanding of data migration processes
• 1+ years of project management with SaaS customer onboarding
• Experience with Bloomerang products or nonprofit CRM solutions
