💼 About This Role

You'll own daily cash reconciliations of client funds across Wrapbook's internal ledger and payment systems, investigating and resolving differences in a high-volume transaction environment. You'll help build the future of client funds reconciliation, shaping new processes and exploring AI-assisted approaches as we scale. This role combines hands-on execution with cross-functional partnership across Engineering, Product, Data, Client Operations, and Corporate Accounting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own daily cash reconciliations of client funds across internal ledger and payment systems
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation differences in a high-volume transaction environment
• Document and map end-to-end money movement workflows, building institutional knowledge
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Data, Client Operations, and Corporate Accounting

📋 Requirements

• Demonstrated ownership of daily cash or funds reconciliations, including investigation and resolution of differences
• Experience working in payments, money movement, or transaction-heavy environments with high-volume data
• Strong understanding of money movement logic and how funds flow across systems
• Comfort working with large, complex datasets in dynamic, systems-driven environments
