💼 About This Role

You'll lead discovery, ideation, and end-to-end design of products at a nonprofit building grassroots fundraising technology. You'll shape user flows while contributing to and maintaining the design system — balancing product design with systems thinking.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conceptualize and create design solutions from early exploration to detailed execution
• Partner with UX research and data teams to ground decisions in user behaviors
• Contribute to component specs, token definitions, and library maintenance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define timelines and trade-offs

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience leading end-to-end product delivery
• Experience working with remote, cross-functional teams on complex features
• Experience leading discovery and user research sessions
• Hands-on exposure to design systems work (components, tokens, documentation)

• Experience mentoring junior designers
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools
