🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and strengthen client relationships and ensure service quality.
• Lead and mentor a tax team of senior managers and accountants.
• Prepare and review individual and business tax returns and strategies.
• Develop strategic tax recommendations on structures and compensation.
• Conduct tax projections, scenario modeling, and financial analyses.

📋 Requirements

• Active CPA license required.
• 8+ years of accounting experience in public accounting.
• Strong expertise in individual and business taxation.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing client relationships.
