💼 About This Role

You'll advise customers on cannabis products as a Wellness Advisor at Sunnyside dispensary, part of Cresco Labs. You'll ensure a best-in-class customer experience from check-in to checkout while adhering to state compliance regulations. This role combines customer service, product knowledge, and sales in a dynamic retail environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming experience
• Assist customers in selecting cannabis products through education
• Process sales, handle cash, and verify customer IDs
• Maintain inventory and ensure compliance with regulations

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of customer service or retail experience
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and opening/closing shifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
