💼 About This Role
You'll prospect and engage traditional property owners to become PadSplit Hosts, expanding our shared housing marketplace in the Washington D.C. market. This role is critical for driving superior rental income for property owners while addressing housing affordability.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Prospect and qualify potential property owners as PadSplit Hosts.
- Execute outreach via cold calling, emailing, and networking.
- Conduct discovery calls and tailor hosting solutions.
- Close deals and coordinate onboarding with internal teams.
📋 Requirements
- Proven sales experience in B2B or B2C, ideally real estate.
- Strong relationship-building skills to trust with property owners.
- Self-motivation and independence for remote startup environment.
- Knowledge of real estate markets and property management.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or Hubspot.
- Analytical skills to interpret market data and calculate ROI.
