Requirements

• Current valid LPN license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program
• MAR-CPA certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 nursing care for pediatric and adult clients
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor client condition and report changes
• Document care using electronic charting system
• Communicate with care team and family members
