You'll manage all aspects of the print room operation, including performance, people, and processes. Your core impact is ensuring production SLAs are consistently achieved while coordinating with Shift Managers and Maintenance Technicians. You'll lead a culture of accountability and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage all aspects of the operation including performance and people
• Coordinate staffing levels for effective coverage across shifts
• Communicate daily with Shift Managers to align priorities
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and process standards

📋 Requirements

• Experience leading a team in a production or operational environment
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confidence managing staffing, rosters, and training

• Awareness of maintenance scheduling or equipment tracking systems
• Understanding of continuous improvement or lean principles
• Experience supporting budgets, training, or supply ordering
