π― What You'll Do
- Lead strategic planning of oncology scientific publications and medical communications
- Oversee creation and review of manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Supervise and mentor Associate Scientific Directors and staff
- Ensure compliance with industry publication standards and ethical guidelines
π Requirements
- Advanced scientific or medical degree (PhD, PharmD, MD or equivalent)
- 7+ years in medical communications and scientific publications
- Strong oncology publications expertise (hematology/oncology preferred)
- Experience developing scientific content like manuscripts and congress presentations
