🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead strategic planning of oncology scientific publications and medical communications
• Oversee creation and review of manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and presentations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Supervise and mentor Associate Scientific Directors and staff
• Ensure compliance with industry publication standards and ethical guidelines

📋 Requirements

• Advanced scientific or medical degree (PhD, PharmD, MD or equivalent)
• 7+ years in medical communications and scientific publications
• Strong oncology publications expertise (hematology/oncology preferred)
• Experience developing scientific content like manuscripts and congress presentations
