Description

You will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for end-to-end clinical supply chain activities. You'll define global supply chain strategy, ensure uninterrupted supply of investigational products, and build scalable processes across clinical programs. You'll also lead a high-performing team and collaborate cross-functionally.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or Life Sciences with 20+ years experience
• Master's degree with at least 18 years experience in pharmaceutical/biotech supply chain
• At least 5 years in a leadership/supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of cGMP operations for small molecules and end-to-end supply chain
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global clinical supply chain strategy aligned with pipeline
• Oversee end-to-end clinical supply activities including demand forecasting, packaging, labeling, distribution
• Ensure uninterrupted supply of investigational medicinal products and comparator products
• Build scalable processes and infrastructure to support early- through late-phase programs
• Lead inspection readiness activities for global filings
