💼 About This Role

You'll drive growth in your territory by targeting animal shelters and rescues, managing a team of Shelter Sales Agents. Your core impact will be achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with shelter leadership. This role offers the opportunity to shape a growing channel for North America's #1 rated pet insurance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Achieve sales growth within your territory efficiently and within budget
• Manage around 12 Shelter Sales Agents in assigned territory
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Shelter Leadership and Adoption Teams
• Proactively assess partner needs through onsite visits and follow-up meetings

📋 Requirements

• Demonstrated success managing and developing teams of sales representatives
• Must have (or obtain within 30 days) a valid Property Casualty (P&C) license
• Must have access to a reliable automobile and be willing to travel
• Must be willing to travel within territory, to headquarters, and to events
