You'll support customer-facing initiatives at a fast-growing data observability startup, helping architect solutions for complex data challenges. You'll gain hands-on experience with pre-sales and technical enablement, building demos and automation scripts. This role offers mentorship from industry experts and the chance to contribute to open source.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate on writing, testing, and deploying software solutions using Java or Scala.
• Orchestrate and manage SE labs and demo instances on cloud and on-premise ecosystems.
• Participate in customer proposals lifecycle including demos, RFIs, RFPs, and POCs.
• Build automation scripts or go-to-market assets like PowerPoint presentations.

📋 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field at University of Waterloo.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Scala, or Python.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes including deploying, managing, and scaling applications.
• Understanding of the big data ecosystem including data ingestion, processing, and storage technologies.
