💼 About This Role

You'll work with classroom instructors to provide targeted teaching and support to students in a small self-contained classroom setting. Your core impact involves managing behaviors and maintaining a safe, orderly environment for high-risk special needs students. This role follows a school calendar with direct hire and no annual contract.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage classroom behaviors and maintain order
• Report behavioral concerns of students to staff
• Implement and maintain behavioral program policies
• Provide general supervision of students inside school

📋 Requirements

• At least 23 years of age
• Ability to work with high-risk special needs students
• Operate tactfully under stress
• Flexibility to change in routines

• Good driving record and willing to drive student van
