💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end GTM recruiting at a fast-growing AI startup, working directly with founders to find top talent for sales, CS, and RevOps. Your impact will shape how the go-to-market org scales in a high-leverage role. You'll build pipelines through outbound sourcing and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end GTM searches from kickoff to signed offer
• Conduct high-volume outbound sourcing via LinkedIn and Boolean search
• Manage candidate experience: outreach, scheduling, prep, and debrief
• Maintain ATS hygiene and recruiting operations in Ashby

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years of GTM recruiting at a Series A-C startup or high-bar agency
• Proven track record closing revenue-facing roles (AE, CSM, RevOps)
• Deep experience with high-volume outbound sourcing and GTM talent pools
• Strong working knowledge of ATS platforms and clean pipeline data

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Ashby ATS platform
• Background in home services or AI industry recruiting
