🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead product feature development and technical initiatives
• Shape architecture decisions and mentor engineers
• Improve system architecture and engineering practices
• Collaborate with backend, client, and infrastructure teams

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience with Scala, Java, or C#
• Proven experience leading technical projects end-to-end
• Familiarity with SQL, Cassandra, or Hadoop
• Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Scrum or Agile environments
• Building large-scale distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Spark, etc.
