Description

You will support all London hiring efforts and senior level hiring for the U.S., coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience while helping the business scale efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, or agency recruiting
  • Experience managing calendars and scheduling across multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, iCIMS, Taleo)
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Proactive approach to follow-up and problem-solving
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working cross-functionally

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interviews across phone, virtual, and in-person formats, managing complex scheduling across multiple calendars and time zones
  • Prepare and send interview logistics, including Zoom links and candidate communications
  • Facilitate onsite interviews and help ensure a welcoming, candidate-focused experience
  • Plan and book candidate travel and manage reimbursement processes
  • Track candidate activity and manage workflows within Greenhouse (ATS)
  • Promptly collect and track interview feedback from interviewers
  • Maintain accurate data across recruitment systems and reporting tools
  • Assist in creating and updating job descriptions
  • Support with sourcing passive candidates
  • Complete reference checks for candidates converting to new hires
  • Support the preparation and coordination of offer letters
  • Provide ad hoc project-based support on broader People Team initiatives
