Description
You will support all London hiring efforts and senior level hiring for the U.S., coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience while helping the business scale efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, or agency recruiting
- Experience managing calendars and scheduling across multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, iCIMS, Taleo)
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Proactive approach to follow-up and problem-solving
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working cross-functionally
Responsibilities
- Coordinate interviews across phone, virtual, and in-person formats, managing complex scheduling across multiple calendars and time zones
- Prepare and send interview logistics, including Zoom links and candidate communications
- Facilitate onsite interviews and help ensure a welcoming, candidate-focused experience
- Plan and book candidate travel and manage reimbursement processes
- Track candidate activity and manage workflows within Greenhouse (ATS)
- Promptly collect and track interview feedback from interviewers
- Maintain accurate data across recruitment systems and reporting tools
- Assist in creating and updating job descriptions
- Support with sourcing passive candidates
- Complete reference checks for candidates converting to new hires
- Support the preparation and coordination of offer letters
- Provide ad hoc project-based support on broader People Team initiatives
