💼 About This Role

You'll build creative marketing processes from scratch for Nebula's new market launch. Your work will directly impact revenue in a transactional model. You'll be part of a 20+ creative team and work with General Manager Illia Merkulov.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop creative video and static ad materials for global campaigns.
• Conduct creative brainstorming and test new concepts.
• Analyze market and competitors to apply fresh approaches.
• Optimize creatives based on performance analytics.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level.
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics and analytics.
• Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Kaiber or similar).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with transactional monetization models.
• Prior work on global market launches.
• Portfolio of successful ad creatives.
