💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in delivering an amazing customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits and assist with daily operations and meeting sales targets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return
• Cover sales floor and provide leadership support when manager is away
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to merchandise product using approved store equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
