You'll maintain long-term customer relationships and drive renewals for G2's software marketplace solutions. Your core impact is helping clients achieve financial and service-oriented goals through upsells and cross-sells. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead renewal process with existing clients for upsell and cross-sell
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Create comprehensive sales plans aligned with client objectives
  • Prospect and unlock expansion revenue through proactive outreach

📋 Requirements

  • 2-4 years of quota-carrying sales experience for mid-market
  • 4-8 years for commercial or 7+ years for enterprise/strategic
  • Current experience managing an existing book of business
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in B2B software

  • Experience in digital marketing industry
  • Understanding of negotiation techniques
