  • Drive measurable improvements in retention and satisfaction

  • 10+ years leading post-sales teams in B2B SaaS or infrastructure
  • Experience managing managers and technical customer-facing teams
  • Built or transformed enterprise post-sales operating models
  • Strong data-driven approach to customer health and metrics
