You'll lead Customer Success and Technical Support at Tiger Data, a remote-first company building the fastest PostgreSQL platform. You'll design scalable post-sales systems for enterprise growth and turn customer signals into retention and expansion. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution during a pivotal growth phase.

- Lead Customer Success and Technical Support organizations
- Build enterprise customer experience strategy and operating models
- Define clear ownership across customer-facing teams
- Drive measurable improvements in retention and satisfaction
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years leading post-sales teams in B2B SaaS or infrastructure
- Experience managing managers and technical customer-facing teams
- Built or transformed enterprise post-sales operating models
- Strong data-driven approach to customer health and metrics

- Experience with database, infrastructure, or developer tools companies
