💼 About This Role

You'll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and leading a team at BoxLunch, a pop culture brand dedicated to fighting hunger. You'll drive customer engagement and manage store operations while building lifelong relationships with customers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team.
• Create customer buzz through promotions, social media, and BOPIS.
• Merchandise the store using planograms and launch promos on time.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
