💼 About This Role

You'll join EquipmentShare as an outside sales account manager for heavy equipment at our Fort Myers rental facility. You'll build long-lasting relationships with construction equipment buyers and drive sales growth in your region. This role combines a base salary with uncapped commission and a people-first company culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build solid relationships with construction equipment buyers and prospective clients.
• Educate prospective customers on benefits of purchasing from an EquipmentShare dealership.
• Manage and nurture your book of business, keep clients updated on promotions.
• Develop new sales strategies and techniques to grow business and company footprint.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in construction related industry.
• Proven customer service skills and a drive to exceed expectations.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• Industry knowledge in rental or construction equipment is preferred.
