You'll oversee ticket selling staff at Under The K Bridge, part of AEG's live entertainment operations. You'll resolve customer service issues, troubleshoot ticketing software, and coordinate show builds with marketing. Supervising a part-time team and working flexible nights and weekends are key.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise ticket sellers and ensure proper shift coverage
• Train ticketing staff and assist with scheduling
• Resolve customer service complaints and issues
• Troubleshoot ticketing software and point-of-sale system
• Build events in ticketing software and coordinate with marketing

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of related work experience
• Experience in a supervisory role
• High School Diploma or equivalent (BA/BS preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Knowledge or interest in live entertainment
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with conflict resolution
