Description

You will own the long-term technical success of Nova Credit's Property Management partners by driving adoption, integration health, and expansion. You'll lead complex product launches, manage implementations, and serve as a trusted technical advisor to engineering and product teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years in customer-facing technical roles (TAM, Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Customer Success)
• Experience in fintech, proptech, or B2B SaaS preferred
• Strong project management skills with experience leading complex multi-workstream implementations

Responsibilities

• Own technical strategy for Property Management accounts
• Lead architecture reviews, solution design sessions, and integration planning
• Drive complex product launches in partnership with Account Managers
• Establish recurring technical touchpoints with customer technical stakeholders
• Contribute to defining TAM function, including playbooks, health metrics, and engagement models
