💼 About This Role

You'll provide transactional and regulatory legal support for Toast's international expansion of payments and banking products. You'll help design creative and compliant financial products for restaurants, staff, and guests. This role offers exposure to new products in a collaborative environment that values your insights.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise cross-functional stakeholders on multi-national financial laws and regulations
• Draft and negotiate partnership agreements with financial institutions and processors
• Research and respond to legal and regulatory questions across multiple geographies
• Review marketing materials for compliance with laws and best practices

📋 Requirements

• JD from ABA-accredited law school or equivalent
• 5+ years of legal experience in international financial products and services
• Experience with financial services regulations in UK, Ireland, Canada, or Australia
• Experience leading negotiations and drafting commercial agreements in financial services
