You'll bridge business and technical teams, designing and delivering Workday integration solutions for clients in Australia or New Zealand. Your core impact will be mentoring junior consultants and leading client discovery sessions. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver Workday integration projects as a contributor or lead small teams.
• Lead discovery sessions with customers to design high-level integrations.
• Mentor junior consultants and manage competing priorities.
• Provide input on delivery estimation and resource planning.

📋 Requirements

• Current Workday Integration Certification plus one additional integration certification.
• 4+ years HCM/ERP experience with Web Services, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, Java, or .Net.
• 3+ years integrating systems with third-party service vendors.
• Previous consulting experience with a software/consulting company.

• Experience with other HR Technology tools.
• Bachelor's degree in technology or relevant work experience.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
