Description
As a Mission Operations Engineer at Stoke Space, you will develop launch automation systems and own the Nova vehicle CONOPS from pad evacuation through liftoff. You'll monitor telemetry, coordinate with engineering teams, and ensure seamless transitions during launch, flight, and handoff to orbital or recovery operations, all to enable daily, reusable spaceflight.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in Software, Mechanical, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering
- 8+ years experience in mission operations or launch systems
- Proven experience in vehicle automation, telemetry analysis, and command and control
- Strong problem-solving skills in high-stakes, real-time environments
- Excellent communication skills for multidisciplinary team interaction
