Description

In this role, you will serve as a Techno-Functional Oracle Fusion O2C professional, bridging business and technical teams to support and enhance ERP Financials and Supply Chain modules. You'll manage daily system performance, implement monitoring and automation, and drive continuous improvement of order-to-cash processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years hands-on Oracle Fusion or R12 implementation experience in Financials and Supply Chain modules.
• Strong functional expertise in O2C lifecycle and hands-on technical skills in integrations and reporting.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, BI, OTBI reporting tools (preferred).
• Experience with data migration using FBDI.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and SOX compliance support.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end O2C processes including Customer Setup, Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Invoicing, and Receivables.
• Coordinate design, development, and testing of Oracle Cloud ERP and boundary apps.
• Drive weekly O2C stakeholder calls and month-end close activities.
• Deploy software releases, upgrades, patches, and manage critical incidents.
• Maintain documentation and support SOX compliance with audit evidence.
