💼 About This Role

You'll own the Lender segment's revenue, strategy, and execution as the CEO of Built's primary customer vertical. Your core impact is driving exponential growth and expanding product footprint across financial institutions. You'll report directly to the President as a key member of the senior leadership team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the Lender vertical's revenue targets and sales forecast
• Lead, coach, and scale a high-performance sales organization
• Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Lender segment
• Own the P&L for the Lender vertical

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in enterprise sales leadership
• Proven experience managing a P&L and driving revenue growth
• Deep understanding of financial institutions and complex deal cycles
• Experience building and scaling sales organizations
