• Design and drive autonomy software architecture
• Develop core robotics algorithms for complex environments
• Triage customer issues and improve system resilience
• Write and maintain C++ and Python autonomy software

📋 Requirements

• University degree in CS, EE, or robotics
• Robotics engineering development projects experience
• Autonomous systems expertise (motion planning, state estimation)
• ROS/ROS2 experience with robotics algorithms

✨ Nice to Have

• Reinforcement Learning or probabilistic planning
• Sensor fusion (LIDAR, RADAR, cameras, IMUs)
• Simulation tools like Gazebo or Isaac Sim
