You'll create and maintain technical documentation for Protegrity's data security software, including user guides and release notes for a global audience. You'll collaborate with R&D and QA to ensure accurate, user-friendly content that enables customers to protect sensitive data using cutting-edge encryption technologies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Write, edit, and publish user guides and reference documentation.
• Peer-review documentation and mentor junior writers.
• Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, and QA to gather requirements.
• Create graphics like process and data flow diagrams.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or Technical Writing.
• 2 years experience writing highly technical software documentation.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with markdown markup language.

• Experience in data security software documentation.
• Experience with Confluence and JIRA.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
