🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage team performance against retention targets and SLAs
• Deliver 1-2-1 coaching and development plans
• Use dashboards to identify trends and improve outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and BPO partners

📋 Requirements

• Experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a contact centre
• Retention mindset with commercial understanding
• Data literacy and experience with ticketing systems like Zendesk
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration

• Experience in fast-paced sales or support environment
• Critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills
