💼 About This Role

You'll represent Rite Window by promoting home improvement products at in-store retail events. This role offers uncapped commission potential with first-year earnings up to $60k. You'll receive paid training to develop your sales skills.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Promote products at in-store retail marketing campaigns and events
• Deliver face-to-face sales presentations to customers
• Participate in ongoing sales training sessions
• Travel within local market as needed

📋 Requirements

• 1-2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Self-starter attitude driven to exceed goals
• Availability for Saturdays and/or Sundays
