💼 About This Role

You'll own the revenue technology function at Allium, setting technical strategy and ensuring systems scale ahead of business needs. Your core impact is building scalable workflows and automations to support go-to-market execution. You'll drive focus, efficiency, and cross-functional alignment on systems and process decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own Salesforce and adjacent revenue tooling roadmap and data model.
• Build automated pipeline analysis and alerting using Claude and Salesforce.
• Design Chili Piper + Salesforce automations for SDR-AE handoffs.
• Manage enrichment workflows (e.g., Clay → Salesforce) for data quality.

📋 Requirements

• Salesforce ownership and administration experience.
• Revenue operations background at a high-growth tech company.
• Data modeling and SQL skills for reporting and dashboards.
• Experience building workflow automations (e.g., Chili Piper, Clay).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Claude or other AI agents.
• Familiarity with blockchain or financial data.
• Background in GTM tooling stack evaluation.
