💼 About This Role

You'll drive end-to-end supplier development for PoE and AC cable portfolios at Starlink, from strategic selection through high-volume production. Your work will ensure resilient supply chains for exponential growth across consumer and enterprise applications. You'll have significant technical influence across engineering, quality, and supply chain teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end supplier development for PoE and AC cable portfolio from selection to high-volume ramp.
• Assess supplier manufacturing capabilities and technical readiness for high-volume production.
• Lead NPI activities, PPAP, FAI, production ramps, and reliability campaigns.
• Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, materials science, or other engineering discipline.
• 1+ years of experience in cable engineering, quality engineering, reliability engineering, or supplier development.
• Deep expertise in cable design, manufacturing processes, and quality systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• 3+ years of experience in cable engineering, quality engineering, reliability engineering, or supplier development.
• Strong technical background in PoE standards, AC cord requirements, and high-volume manufacturing.
• Hands-on knowledge of high-volume cable manufacturing processes including wire drawing, extrusion, and crimping.
