Description

You will drive growth within existing accounts in a specific vertical (Professional Services, Manufacturing, or Distribution) by building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities to improve clients' Microsoft ecosystem (ERP, CRM, Azure). You will own renewals, conduct ongoing discovery, and lead engagements from relationship management through contracting.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in account management with focus on SaaS or partner sales through cross-sell/upsell
  • Experience managing mid-market accounts ($25M-$500M revenue) preferred
  • Deep understanding of ERP and CRM solutions, preferably in Professional Services or Manufacturing/Distribution
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans for client satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships at all levels

Responsibilities

  • Own increases in client satisfaction within mid-market accounts
  • Stay abreast of client needs and proactively propose relevant offerings
  • Craft and implement annual sales strategy to drive client spend growth
  • Lead existing account sales process including discovery, solutioning, and closing
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with executive-level attendees
